Here at Maxamus we love the Pug breed and enjoy training, showing, and handling these wonderful toy dogs. We are a small operation and all of our dogs are house dogs; they do not live in a kennel. We are committed to breeding healthy, quality Pugs primarily for ourselves for competing in conformation, obedience, and agility rings. Because of our commitment to quality, we do not have litters very often. We breed accordingly to the American Kennel Club Breed Standard for Pugs. Breeding first for health, temperament, and quality. We are not a puppy mill, we breed the occasional litter for quality, not quantity. When it comes to the thought of owning a wonderful Pug, we often have a waiting list for our puppies, so please plan early when looking for your new family companion.
